Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Vantage Proxies ("Vantage", "we", "us", or "our") at vantageproxies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Vantage Proxies provides proxy network services including ISP proxies, residential proxies, and mobile proxies (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are designed to provide network connectivity for lawful automation, privacy, and data purposes. Proxy credentials are delivered digitally upon purchase and are non-transferable.

You agree to use Vantage Proxies Services only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Harassment, abuse, or harm of any individual or group
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Credential stuffing, account takeover attacks, or unauthorized account access
• Any illegal scraping that violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with the terms of service of any third-party websites or platforms you access through our proxies. Vantage Proxies does not endorse or take responsibility for how customers use our Services.

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.1 Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount due. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 ISP Proxies

ISP proxy purchases are subscription-based and billed on the interval selected at checkout (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard.

5.3 Residential and Mobile Proxies

Residential and mobile proxy bandwidth is purchased as a one-time, non-expiring credit. Purchased bandwidth does not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services and instant delivery of proxy credentials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following limited circumstances:

• The proxy credentials delivered are completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours
• We are unable to deliver the purchased product due to a technical failure on our end

Refunds are not provided for: unused bandwidth, poor performance on specific target sites, IP bans resulting from customer misuse, or change of mind. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact support@vantageproxies.com within 48 hours of purchase.

We target 99.9% uptime for our proxy network. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Proxy performance, including success rates on specific target websites, can vary based on factors outside our control including target site changes, IP reputation, and network conditions. We do not guarantee specific success rates on any particular website or platform.

Vantage Proxies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or used our Services in a manner that harms other users or our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts resulting from policy violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Proxies and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vantage Proxies in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements or that operation of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage Proxies and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
